Elise takes us through the origins of All Hallows' Eve, starting in Ireland with the Celts. We'll explore the mysticism of Samhain, ride alongside the headless Dullahan and learn why we light up our carved pumpkins at night. We'll travel through the centuries, investigating Halloween's evolution and its journey to becoming a household tradition throughout America. NEWS: John Gerrish, Ellen Chung and daughter Miju were found dead in the Devil’s Gulch area alongside their dog Oski. The cause of death was determined this week, but has left many scratching their heads.

Our very first cake made in the pod cottage. We learned it’s a bit cold in the cottage to use buttercream frosting. This Soul(less) cake is an ode to the Soul Cakes of old, that were given out as good luck.
