In 2023 alone, 563,399 people went missing. Forty percent were people of color. 280,031 were women. 162,755 were under the age of 18. Every other week we share the story of a missing woman. Some have Facebook pages dedicated to their cause, others have nothing more than a mention on the FBI missing person’s list. In sharing their stories, we hope to bring attention to their case and aid their families in finding more information. Each missing woman we’ve shared is represented below, and clicking on their photo will bring you to their stories.
