- 5 T Flour⁣
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder⁣
- 1/8 tsp Salt⁣
- 3 tsp Sugar⁣
- 3 tsp Brown Sugar ⁣
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla⁣
- 4 tsp Water⁣
- 4 tsp Vegetable Oil⁣
- 4 tsp Milk⁣
- a handful of mini chocolate chips ⁣

Bake in your Easy Bake Oven for 15 minutes and repeat until you’ve made your desired amount of layers. This recipe makes two!⁣

Mix up your favorite buttercream frosting recipe and as you’re mixing, add brown sugar to taste. Cover the cake with frosting and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
