Ep 20: Mini Cinnamon Rolls

Listen to Episode 20 here!

YUM! Who’s hungry? 🙋🏻‍♀️

This is seriously the easiest recipe you’ll ever make. It’s pretty much cheating, but hey, you didn’t just pull them out of a plastic box from the grocery store. So it’s legit!

Here’s what you’ll need:

- One 8 oz Tube of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 2 T butter, melted
- Brown Sugar
- Cinnamon

Frosting:
- 1 T Cream Cheese
- Your remaining butter from above
- 3/4 c Powdered Sugar
- 1 T Milk

Open your crescent roll tube and separate the two halves. Pinch all the seams together, and then place one half on top of the other. Using a rolling pin, roll it out until it’s about a 1/4” thick.

Spoon 1 T of your melted butter onto your dough, and cover the entire surface. Next, combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. I always just eyeball it and tend to lean in hard on the cinnamon.

Spread your mixture evenly on top of your melted butter, and then roll up your dough lengthwise, nice and tight.

Cut your log into as many sections as you like, depending on how small you want them. I made 8.

Place into your tiny muffin tins and bake in your Easy Bake for 8-10 minutes.

While your rolls are baking, make your icing! Whisk together your butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar, adding milk until it’s just the right consistency.

Once removed from their trays, allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes before icing. Then spoon all that delicious goodness over the tops and enjoy!

These are seriously so easy and SO GOOD!

Happy Haunting!
